Javan does not import vehicles with reported significant repair histories.
A significant repair history indicates damage to the vehicle’s frame and integrity caused by an accident. These vehicles may pose a risk to those inside and should be avoided.
In the Japanese car auction system, a car with a significant repair history is rated “R” or “RA.” Japanese dealerships identify such cars as shufuku-reki-sha (修復歴車).
When purchasing a JDM car, always check with your dealer or importer if your vehicle has a reported significant repair history.
